Twice a month Mark Shunock gathers an eclectic cast of guests including stars from Hollywood, the Strip, musical acts, athletes, and celebrity chefs for 90 minutes of chat, entertainment – and a lot of laughs. Since 2013, Mondays Dark has partnered with over 30 local charities. It’s mission is to raise 10k in 90 minutes. The $20 variety show has become one of the hottest tickets in town and the list of charities waiting to partner with Mondays Dark continues to grow. Mondays Dark has raised over $500,000 and every penny has stayed here in Las Vegas with each of it’s featured charities.



A native of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario Canada, Mark is a former member of the Canadian Hockey League. After his hockey days ended, he spent almost 10 years living in New York City performing on Americas premiere stages. He earned a Helen Hayes Nomination for Best Supporting Actor for his role as Timon in DISNEY’S THE LION KING. He recently starred in the smash hit ROCK OF AGES playing at the Venetian/Palazzo in Las Vegas.

He created MONDAYS DARK since months after moving to Las Vegas. To date he has helped raise over 300k for local Las Vegas charities, one party a month, $20 & 90 minutes at a time. He is the recipient of the 2014 Angel Award for Cultural Advocate/Entertainer of the Year. 2016 Review Journal Philanthropist of the Year. National Philanthropy Day Impact Award Recipient.



Three months after he was born, Aaron’s family relocated to Las Vegas from Southern California. After living in Las Vegas for almost four decades, he truly feels like a native LasVegan and is extremely passionate about the city and all it has to offer. Aaron spent 17 years with Wells Fargo Bank where held many positions, including Vice President and Market Manager. Five years ago, Aaron resigned his position with Wells Fargo to exclusively utilize his Nevada Real Estate License. He quickly became a Managing Partner and the Chief Operating Officer of Asset Management Realty Advisors, a local boutique Residential Real Estate Firm.

Aaron has always been inspired to contribute to the community that he loves. He has been honored by the Nevada State Senate and Assembly for his volunteer work with local organizations such as AFAN, Opportunity Village, Junior Achievement, Ronald McDonald House and many more. Most recently, Aaron has been nominated to the Board of Directors for Monday’s Dark. Monday’s Dark is an exclusive non-profit organization that raises money for local charities every month by bringing together the amazing Las Vegas entertainment community. The fact that Aaron has a love for the arts and entertainment community, as well as supporting the local the community, makes this opportunity to serve as a Board Member even more exceptional. He looks forward to diving into this new role to raise even more money and continue to give to his beloved community.

When not running the Real Estate Business and volunteering in the community, Aaron enjoys supporting the local arts, traveling and spending time with family and friends.


Joyce Smith is the SVP, Regional Manager with Bank of Nevada and specializes in Commercial Depository and Lending services. With over 30 years in the banking industry she pride herself on exceptional customer service and financial services knowledge.

Married to Ken Smith for the past 37 years, she raised 3 daughters and 7 grandchildren.


Chet Buchanan is the host and creator of 98.5 KLUC’s Chet Buchanan and the Morning Zoo, Las Vegas’ longest running, and consistently one of the highest rated and most beloved radio shows. In addition to anchoring the fast-paced and often equal parts funny and emotionally moving morning show, Chet can be seen EVERYWHERE in Las Vegas. Many Las Vegans know Chet from his work as UNLV Basketball and Football Gameday Host, as the voice of NASCAR for Las Vegas Motor Speedway, appearing as a frequent contributor on HLN, Guest Host on Fox 5’s “More Access,” and for hosting the Miss USA and Miss Universe Presentation Shows as well as Miss Teen USA, Miss Nevada USA, Miss Nevada Teen USA and Mrs. Nevada America, or from his packed schedule hosting innumerable charity, corporate, and civic events. He is also well regarded for his annual Candlelighters Superhero 5k “Race For Our Kids” fighting against childhood cancer, and for his annual Toy Drive benefitting HELP of Southern Nevada and numerous other associated charities, where he lives and broadcasts on top of a 30 foot scaffolding for 12 days straight to raise toys for thousands of Las Vegas children. Since it’s inception, the 98.5 KLUC Chet Buchanan and the Morning Zoo Toy Drive has grown to become recognized as “The World’s Largest Single Location Toy Drive.” The 2015 Toy Drive continued yet again to smash donation records, as 30 53-foot semi-trailers were filled, to go along with an astounding 5783 bicycles collected, and $430,315 in cash and gift cards, bringing the 17 year total of toys, bikes, and gift cards collected to an estimated value of nearly 20 million dollars. In 2015 alone, Chet again raised nearly five million dollars for various causes, and is on pace to easily exceed that number in 2016. Additionally, Buchanan serves proudly on the Candlelighters Board of Trustees, the HELP of Southern Nevada Board of Trustees, the Monday’s Dark Board of Directors, and the Variety-The Children’s Charity Board of Directors. The City of Las Vegas has recognized Chet’s involvement and dedication to the community by declaring a “Chet Buchanan Day” in Las Vegas, he has been named “Best Of The City” by Vegas Seven Magazine, “Best of Las Vegas” by the Las Vegas Review-Journal, and received the 2016 Silver State Humanitarian Award. On September 12 of this year, Chet was applauded around the globe for his groundbreaking work auctioneering the star-studded “Criss Angel HELP Celebrity Auction.”


Bob Golden is a true Entrepreneur and businessman with a highly successful record of accomplishments spanning over forty (40) years. He is recognized as a progressive strategist and a builder of dynamic and cohesive management teams. Bob is nationally recognized for his business acumen, integrity and interpersonal skills resulting in exceptional outcomes within the fields of entertainment, business, classic cars and philanthropic endeavors.

Specialties: Catalyst (bringing people and opportunities together to create a strength stronger than if they were separate), master in finding value for others by building strong relationships built on ethics, gratitude and appreciation. Team and relationship building, network marketing professional, public speaker, trainer and mentor.

Brock Radke is an award-winning writer and reporter who’s been documenting life in Las Vegas for nearly two decades. He currently leads entertainment coverage for Greenspun Media Group’s family of regional publications including the Las Vegas Sun, Las Vegas Weekly magazine and Las Vegas Magazine. Born in Eugene, Oregon, he moved to Las Vegas with his family in 1987 and after graduating from the University of Nevada, Reno, returned to Southern Nevada to work as a reporter and editor. After eight years in local journalism, Brock spent time working and learning in the nonprofit world at the Discovery Children’s Museum in downtown Las Vegas before returning to writing full-time at Las Vegas Weekly in 2012. He recently created and launched the All The Vegas podcast with co-host Mark Shunock at The Space, and in 2018 Brock was honored with an award for food writing from the Association of Alternative Newsmedia and awards for entertainment and column writing from the Nevada Press Association.

Lisa Song-Sutton

Lisa Song Sutton is a real estate investor and entrepreneur, holding ownership interests in several companies in the real estate, tech, retail and food & beverage industries, including Las Vegas’ #1 alcohol-infused cupcake company: Sin City Cupcakes.

Lisa currently writes and speaks about entrepreneurship and business. Her work has been seen in Forbes, Inc. Magazine, Fast Company and on the TEDx stage. Lisa also sits on the advisory boards for several companies including Bitcoin Nevada, an education foundation promoting cryptocurrency, and Youngry, an entrepreneurship media company.

In addition to her professional careers, Lisa is actively involved in her community as a former Miss Las Vegas (2014), Miss Nevada (2014) and serves on the executive board of the Asian Community Development Council. Lisa was selected as a Global Shaper by the World Economic Forum and was named a Top 10 Social Entrepreneur to Watch.

Mike Borden

As the co-founder, chairman and C-level executive of a number of highly successful business ventures that span across many key industries, Mike Borden is recognized for his keen eye, entrepreneurial talents and strategic dexterity.


Mike Borden has a diverse portfolio of investments including real estate, oil/gas production and the development of proprietary/patented designs and technology, including several patent-pending technologies. He resides in Las Vegas, Nevada with his wife and two daughters where he generously contributes his time and resources to many local and national charities.

Tegan Summer

Tegan Summer, CEO of Prospect House Entertainment has worked in musical theatre, film, and television in Los Angeles, New York, and his native London, England. He received an Ovation and NAACP nomination for his work in Theatre 68’s The Knights of Mary Phagan, and an NAACP award for The Robey Theatre Company’s For The Love of Freedom. Tegan wrote the book, lyrics and directed a series of live shows: Loretta Young’s Centennial Tribute, featuring a multitude of classic and contemporary stars, and The Nicholas Brothers Tribute with
Dick Van Dyke, Debbie Allen, Miriam Nelson and Desmond Richardson, among others. He also produced, wrote, and directed In Person – an ongoing series of star-studded film and musical events featuring Gary Oldman, Malcolm McDowell, Elliott Gould, George Lazenby, Nichelle Nichols, Brooke Smith, Gloria Hendry,
Maude Adams, and Sally Kellerman.
